The above chart represents the amount of US Dollars spent by Japan and UK on five different commodities in the year 2018. These goods include: vehicles, computers, stationaries and cameras. Every commodity is clearly shown on the bar graph where each country is represented using a unique color. Note that units spent are measured in US Dollars.

Generally, United Kingdom spent a lot of money on the consumer commodities than Japan in the provided period. According to the graph, both countries spent a lot of money on vehicles and the least amount of money was used on accessories compared to other four commodities. A significant difference in the expenditure is noted on the cameras. The significant difference may have been caused by some social factors.

Dwelling on the vehicles, people from UK spent approximately $ 450,000 while citizens from Japan spent $ 50,000 less similar to the stationeries but in this case Japan spent less with $100, 000. In the United Kingdom, the expenditure on cameras was over the double amount from that of Japan (350,000 and 150,000 respectively).

The other commodity was the computers where the Japan Expenditure was slightly higher from that of UK.  Japan was high with $380,000 and UK was lower with 350,000 US dollars. It indicates that no country spent more than $200,000 on the accessories and neither less than $150,000.
